This is my second portrait drawing... there is a photo of an unfinished version of the first in my [gallery].
I think this portrait is far from perfect. I have improved my technique (and materials) a little since I made this one. I'll submit my newer portraits later.

The overall face looks good, but I would fix the shading on the lips, nose, and area between them because that's what's making them look flat. The rest of your shading is pretty good. It has a lot of potential
